Worth A Visit

Wicky Wacky, St. Andrew

The view from the beach at Wicky Wacky, St. Andrew

Here are some photos taken at Wicky Wacky, eastern St. Andrew last week, the venue for the OPA beach party.

There’s something special about this area, one of the drier parts of the country, and it’s not just to do with the giant iguana we spotted….

I think this part of Jamaica has an amazing coastline, with the hills that fall right into the water.

The beach was clean for the most part.  The water is beautiful and the vibe is lovely.

The Opa beach party was complete with a break pit
We spotted an iguana taking a stroll out on the beach
Here it is with its owner who told us all about iguanas. This one is not from Jamaica but imported from South America.
Getting acquainted...I may look calm but looks can be deceiving!
