Spur Tree Lounge Celebrates One Year Anniversary

Video provided by filmmaker Fury Young and Spur Tree Lounge

In a city where food lovers have a choice of nearly 25,000 restaurants to choose from, ‘making it’ in the restaurant industry in New York City is like winning a small lottery.

The life expectancy of a new eatery is about half a year. You could be a world famous chef with a multimillion dollar establishment and great grub and STILL not succeed – simply because the average New York diner need not ever visit you again with such endless choices to explore.

Spur Tree Lounge having survived and seduced a crowd of regular supporters and friends, is now celebrating it’s one year anniversary, and doing so in a recession economy, which means we have on our hands a delicious success story worth cheering on for years to come.

Congratulations to Sean John and the Spur Tree family for providing a “chill” Jamaican spot with outstanding food and service for everyone to enjoy in the toughest restaurant city on the planet.

Big Up and Bless Up!!
